Since our founding in 1986 we have been privately owned, skillfully managed and independently operated. We make beautiful doors with incredible attention to detail. When we have good ideas, we implement them without bureaucracy. It’s that simple.
SUPERIOR STRENGTH AND DEPENDABILITY
The core of our stiles and rails are made with laminated veneer lumber (LVL) with wide, solid premium edge bands and 3/16″ thick skins. This stile and rail construction method creates stress balanced components with maximum resistance to warping. All AG Millworks doors are made to order in our Ventura, California factory, and our earth-friendly factory finish seals the deal.
WE HANG AND SWING EVERY DOOR IN OUR FACTORY
We leave nothing to chance. Our experienced crew fully assembles, hangs and swings every door panel before prepping it for delivery. We check every reveal, adjust the hardware, check for precision weather-strip placement, and spend some quality time tuning up the details so your installer doesn’t have to! Less time means you spend less money.

Our own state of the art spray booth is where we create the earth-friendly finish that will make your entry door, patio doors or windows come to life and exceed your high expectations. Our finish products are Super-Low in V.O.C.s (Volatile Organic Compounds)–the lowest in the industry–and are super safe for you and your family.
